Taking Flight

Life is a journey that is meant to be embraced to the fullest every day. Life is not a bed of roses neither it is full of thorns. Life is full of struggle but there are a lot of problems and challenges faced by everyone in daily life. Sometimes everyone needs a break from tough life and wants to spend some time with their close people to discuss the things with them or visit any beautiful natural place and feel alive.
In our last Amal fellowship session, I experienced the same thing, we all shared our life stories with each other and understood others’ struggles. This conversation helps us to understand each other very well. We were not judging each other but appreciated each other’s efforts to face the challenges of life and became a better human being. This conversation was filled up with lots of lessons; lesson of positivity, lesson of brave steps, lesson of forgiveness and gratitude. In the last session, we understood the actual meaning of family in a work environment, where everyone supports each other, helps each other and motivates each other. That is why we said Amal is a family and we all are family members. We accepted each other with all their success and failure and it’s happened only in family.
I want to be a part of this beautiful family and connect them in future too and for this purpose, we have WhatsApp group and Facebook group. In both groups we will share our success, failure and also discuss any topic of our life and also hear others life’s struggles and help them to grow well.
I learnt so many lessons from Amal fellowship and those lessons will help me in the future too. I will use all lessons in my personal and professional life and will become a more productive and effective person.
1. I will use Pomodoro technique to do my task assigned by my organization. It makes me more punctual to finish my work on time.
2. I will appreciate the others time and efforts and make them feel important so they will become more kind and more productive.
3. I will support and motivate my team members and give them feedback so they will improve their work.
4. I will work on the purpose of life and try to work hard to give a better environment to our society.
5. I will guide my siblings and youngers and will help them to develop skills which are needed for getting success.
6. I will do research before applying for any job post and any other organization.
7. I will practice all the things before going for an interview, presentation and any test.
8. I will work on my weakness and try to overcome them.
9. I will become a lifelong learner and will learn from daily life experience.
10. I will take initiative and work on creativity and find the all solution for any problem.
11. I will encourage ice break activities in a new environment.
12. I will use elevator pitch for introducing myself.
13. I will use the Amal Principle of Progress for getting success.
14. I will remember my values and respect others ‘ opinions too.
15. I will connect with my mega project group and work on future sustainability of Plastic Roads.
The journey of Amal fellowship has ended here but the journey of my life begins.
